It makes quite a bit more noise compared to a TCL 12, which I also have, and the temperature that you set doesn't work with good accuracy at all. For example, if you set it to 28, it operates quite loudly, lowering the room temperature much more.

The external unit does not include the rubber pads, resulting in the unit touching the base and transferring vibrations/noise to the wall. There is an extra charge of around 15 for these. Also, sometimes the internal plastics creak.

very satisfied! It is a very good relatively economical air conditioner with a ten-year warranty if it is serviced every year by a specialized workshop. I would buy it again. Maybe more expensive models are better in some things but I can't understand that.

We have had it for 4 months. At 28 degrees in the summer, it provides perfect coolness and instant relief. At 18 degrees now that it's cold, it still performs very satisfactorily and instantly. I only use the automatic function. I haven't used the other buttons yet. They don't interest me at the moment. So far, it is worth it and more. ☺️☺️☺️

Guys, contrary to the comments below that criticize it, I have to say the following.
I have had the air conditioner for about 1.5 months. It is a 9, and I bought it for the bedroom. I am completely satisfied so far. It is quiet, high-quality, and fast. It cools the room in 10 minutes in turbo mode, and then I lower it. At 26 degrees, it is incredibly economical all night (about 20 cents per 9 hours). I also bought it for the other bedroom and I haven't regretted it for a moment.
I will come back with an edit in a few months of use and for the winter!

I bought it for a small room (9000btu) that I have as a gaming room. I am very satisfied with the air conditioner because it performs at 100%. The only problem is that the I feel option does not work correctly. It does not follow the temperature of the control properly. Overall, it is very good and I will choose it again for another space in my house in the future.

The temperature control doesn't work. After contacting them via email and phone to come and see it, they came after 1.5 months and told me that's how this model is. I set it to 28 degrees cold and it works continuously until the room reaches 20 degrees. It never shuts off.

I relied on the reviews and I was disappointed compared to what I read... I bought a 9,000 BTU unit for the bedroom and a 12,000 BTU unit for the living room in a 68 sqm house... The cooling performance of the 9,000 BTU unit in the room is decent but nothing special for the 12,000 BTU unit, which is quite mediocre. The space is around 40 sqm without walls or partitions, and it only cools it slightly. In one month and with minimal usage, the 9,000 BTU unit probably burned out and the service was unacceptable... I called to clarify what might be wrong exactly so that I could fix it with an external technician without delay, as it is in the middle of summer and I need it. They told me to send an email and they would respond regarding the availability of appointments for their technicians... It has been a week and I am still waiting for a response... Also, the wifi never connected, but I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or not...

I bought it after my technician's recommendation. It is much better than expected. At setting 26 degrees, we have frozen with an external temperature of 43 degrees. It was worth the money. In a 70sqm living room with 24000btu, I am considering replacing an old one in a bedroom immediately
