Awesome sound and very good response. It has good bass. The battery lasts quite long. The ANC does a great job. I also have some Redmi ones with ANC that I can say are not as good as these. I had no issues with calls. Okay, outside on the street with lots of cars, they struggle a bit, but overall I am satisfied. For their price, they are very good.

Owner of the headphones since last November. I used them almost every day, all day long. Until January, they were excellent in all aspects (ANC, calls, sound quality, application with very good eartips), but then their problems started. First, the left earbud started constantly producing static noise, and later both earbuds started experiencing disconnections almost daily to a significant extent. I took them to the service center for repair, and although they were supposed to be fixed (after a 2-week wait), the right earbud didn't produce any sound (while I could hear the touch controls when using it) when I received them. Therefore, I realized that the headphones are simply completely messed up. When I searched for reviews within and outside Greece for these headphones, I saw that these problems are common among several customers, just like myself.

Therefore, I would recommend avoiding LG when it comes to headphones, as personally, I had a lot of trouble with them, and instead, go for a more reliable company (in my opinion, Huawei is one of the most reliable) for headphones.

They have a quality charging case. They have very good ANC. They have satisfactory music playback. They have a good fit and don't move. They have UV cleaning when you charge them!

However, they don't have the best microphones, as many have reported noise from the street when I'm outside. They don't have a stable connection, as another user says, once in a while they say "out of range" and disconnect even if you're next to your phone. They don't have a fast connection. The Galaxy Live connected in a second, these take 3. Of course, I have done all the upgrades.

After 1 year of using these specific headphones (purchased for €78), I have to say that I am very satisfied. I use them daily for both calls and workouts, and they work very well. Their battery life is good, and the ANC works very well, whether there is wind or noise from cars, etc. The connection to the mobile phone is immediate as soon as you open the box. I highly recommend them.

The solution was found with Xiaomi and music, LG firmware update was released through the application and now they also play music!
Good product with good build quality that is evident both in hand and in the eye. Good sound, no problem connecting to mobile (Xiaomi, Samsung, Realme), they connect directly, easily and quickly. The touch buttons work as they should. The sound in conversation is good and most importantly, the person you are talking to hears you clearly. I haven't tried them with music and the reason is (as mentioned by a friend in another review) that there is an issue with Xiaomi smartphones (Redmi Note 9s) and they don't play music at all. The application is not excellent in the ears, nor is it tragic.

I am very satisfied with this purchase of mine! On the first day, I was a bit disappointed because they kept slipping out of my ears. However, when I put on the smaller ear tips, everything was resolved. They don't move at all from their position. They also don't hurt at all even after hours of use. The case is small and fits everywhere. The connection with any device is extremely easy. Simply by opening the case of my earphones, it displays them on whichever device has my email and I just press connect, even if my Bluetooth is turned off! As for their price, I was lucky. Because I had a 30 euro voucher. So I bought them for the price of 50 euros.

My personal experience with these headphones is not good. Fortunately, I didn't pay for them as they came as a gift with an LG TV that I bought.

Positives:

- Beautiful and elegant charging case
- The headphones look nice and seem to be of good quality
- Very good sound, especially with bass when using the mobile app. Much better quality than the JBL headphones I have.
- The UV cleaning feature in the case is welcome, although I can't judge how effective it is.

Negatives:

- I wouldn't say they fit well in my ears with any silicone tips I use. Sooner or later, I have to adjust them to prevent them from falling out.
- They have a short battery life.
- And for the worst of all, disconnections... and strange ones at that. What do I mean... 9 out of 10 times when I take them out of their case and they automatically connect to my laptop, after 5-6 minutes they will disconnect, saying "out of range," leaving me hanging in the middle of a conference call. The strange thing is that if you let them reconnect on their own after a minute... they won't disconnect again.

Also, at some point, one of the headphones stopped playing, so I started to believe that they were faulty. But in the end, you have to put them back in the case and hold down the pairing button for MANY seconds until the light turns red (you keep pressing it even after it starts flashing blue, which means they can be paired with a device). Only then will the headphones pair with each other again.

I tried everything, updating their firmware, etc., but nothing worked. Their receiver must not be faulty since they don't lose connection when reconnecting, as I mentioned.

In my personal opinion, they are not worth their price. The sound is very good, but it's not worth the trouble of dealing with connection instabilities

Very good in "almost" all aspects. With Xiaomi mobile for some reason music doesn't play and I can't find the reason. I downloaded the LG app, gave all the permissions but still nothing. LG support is clueless and doesn't know how to assist.
