The JP021 is a Bb clarinet with silver-plated keys and excellent build quality. It is designed to be particularly musician-friendly and, most importantly, is offered at a very attractive price while maintaining a very respectable level of build quality.

It features the Boehm system and incorporates 17 nickel-plated keys and has 6 rings. The body and bell of the clarinet are made of ebonite and it has an adjustable thumb rest. The package includes a soft case with protective material and lining, shoulder strap, mouthpiece, mouthpiece cap, ligature, and reed.

The JP021 maintains the same design line as the IV series clarinets, with the main distinction being the carrying case and the silver-plated keys.
