I had a bag like this for several years, until the strap broke and I decided to buy the same one again. I am very satisfied. My belongings always stayed dry. Overall, it requires a good closure (3 turns before fastening the clip), so don't fill it up to the top. It's not meant to be submerged underwater, but it can float on top without any leakage issues.
