The difference with the original is that you have to hold it down for 1 - 2 seconds, while with the original it's instant, the distance is about 10 meters, while with the original it's up to 20 meters, even from the balcony of the 5th floor, but this one costs 10 euros while the original costs 40 euros. It also quickly consumes the CR2032 battery.

  Unacceptable range. I bought one which I tested and had a range below 1m. I returned it as defective and received another one. Same terrible quality. The range, less than 1 meter, is not suitable even for a television, let alone a garage door. All the other remote controls I had worked at 8-10m. Note: it was not the batteries' fault, I checked them both times.
