  24000 Btu. Honest machine. Value for money, about 740 Euros. Difference from outside 10 degrees. I have a large space and it cools it very well to the point that the coolness reaches the basement and the first floor. In terms of noise, it is relatively quiet and especially in Silence mode, it is silent. The same goes for the outdoor unit, it does not bother at all. WiFi is also great for those who need it. The surprise is the moving blinds Up - Down and Left - Right. I didn't expect it, but it is very useful especially for taller people. Otherwise, it has many other functions but I have not tried them.   After 2 years that I have it, one thing I will say, stay away. It doesn't connect to wifi at all but that's the least of it. At first, it was malfunctioning and finally I brought some people from the dealership and they told me it was losing freon. They fixed it for 157 euros as they said it was the fault of the one who installed it. After 4 months of use, it made a noise and some cable burned without any safety switch tripping (I say this to show that it wasn't an overvoltage issue or something like that since nothing else in the house stopped working). And the first one didn't know. The dealership that fixed the connections again didn't know either? And even though it has a 10-year warranty and all, I paid 157 euros. And I don't even have an air conditioner.

  During the 2nd week of operation, the external unit stopped working. Tesla's service came and told me that the machine has an internal leak and it was a batch with issues in their deliveries, to wait for the replacement part. After 3 weeks, their response is that this code has been exhausted and there is no replacement available.

  update after 5 months of use, the air conditioner is amazing!!! Its performance is very good, I use it in the heat and its consumption is super compared to what it delivers, and some values (I have an inverter in my main line and I see direct consumption)... with a setting at 27 degrees (outside temperature 6 degrees Celsius) with medium fan speed (as the speed increases, so does the consumption), it consumes around 1.5 kW. At 23 degrees with medium speed and an outside temperature of 6 degrees, the consumption is 600-800 watts (even less than a fan heater). The Wifi function works flawlessly, although the application (smart life) has many translation errors, but if you work with it a little, it's not a problem.

  I don't have a complete opinion yet, so I'm giving it 4 stars, I'm just writing to help people easily connect it with the application... download smart life, after creating an account, open the application and add the air conditioner device with Wi-Fi, then open the front cover of the air conditioner (the one for cleaning the filters), there is a black button that says reset, press it with a toothpick and hold it until a LED next to the black button starts flashing. Then connect it to the application... I hope I helped because the manufacturer didn't write anything in the manual (somewhere I read that you should press the eco button 6 times, but it didn't work for me).

That's when I realized that there are many horses. It cools the space in 15 minutes at most (75 sqm with non-existent insulation and outside temperature of 40c+).   So far, it has completely satisfied me. Good construction and excellent cooling. It works in a 60 sqm area with poor insulation and a rooftop with the sun hitting it all day. It turns it into a refrigerator in 10 minutes. I don't have an opinion on heating yet. I had particular difficulty installing the application for control via wifi, so I will briefly mention the steps:
  1) Download the Tesla Smart application (not Tesla AC, it is from a different company!)
  2) Create an account with an email and select Greece.
  3) After logging in, select the + in the top right corner.
  4) Select the last category "Tuya Compatible".
  5) Scroll to the end of the list and select "Air Conditioning (BLE+WiFi)".
  6) Press the health button on the air conditioner remote control 8 times (relatively quickly), and then you will hear a double beep (wifi reset).
  7) In the application, switch to AP Mode (top right corner).
  8) Check and click Next.
  9) Enter the password for your home wifi and then click "Next Step".
  10) "To connect," connect to the wifi of the air conditioner. Mine was "SmartLife-BEDD".
  11) It finds the air conditioner and adds it. If not, during the search, make sure you are connected to the wifi of the air conditioner and go back to the application. It will definitely find it.
