The system features two satellite speakers measuring 84 x 153 x 103mm and a 5-inch subwoofer measuring 161 x 200 x 280mm with a total power of 34W RMS (68 Watts peak power) for a complete and immersive audio experience that will captivate you.
The 5-inch subwoofer produces "full" bass that thrills in the deep lows. Whether you're listening to music, watching movies and TV series, or playing your favorite computer games, the sound from the subwoofer brings content to life. The quality wooden enclosure also helps.
In a 2.1 sound system, the importance of the satellite speakers is as great as that of the included subwoofer. The system's satellites are elevated on stands so that they are at ear level when you sit at your desk for optimal performance. Each unit boasts 8W of power for a total power of 16W RMS. Thanks to their modern design, they fit almost any desk or space.
Equipped with a 131mm unit and a Bass Reflex port, the subwoofer of the 2.1 Edifier M201BT system offers exceptionally powerful lows, creating a "panoramic" sound atmosphere that will captivate you.
On the subwoofer, there is a control console that allows you to manage the sound and every feature of the Edifier XM6BT system. On the console, you will also find the 3.5mm input (line In) as well as two rotary controls for the volume or the sound from the subwoofer.

The speaker is great. The best in its category. Fantastic sound and bass. I have bought two for different spaces. With the press of a button, it connects to Bluetooth and pairs with the phone. What else for 40-50 euros?
I bought this product mainly for gaming, but I also use it for music and movies. I have had these speakers for a few days and below I will tell you the positives and negatives in my opinion.
Positives: • It has good sound even at high volume. It doesn't distort much.
• Very fast connection. I simply connected the aux cable to the monitor and noticed there is no delay.
Negatives: • The bass is not strong enough, but for this price it is fair. You can adjust it further.
• Unfortunately, there is a constant buzzing sound coming from the speakers. It is not very loud, but since I have them in front of me, I can still hear it even at mid volume. It is quite annoying and I don't know if it is a product issue or a grounding issue.
I will give it a 3/5, solely because of the buzzing. I am very likely to update this review in the future if anything changes.
I bought them for office speakers. I was impressed with the clarity of the sound and the nice bass. Good purchase.
From first experience I was not satisfied. I come from the amazing logitech z523 which after many years broke down. The negatives that I regret my purchase and wonder why no one mentioned: 1st when I connect them with bluetooth there is a delay in sound (lag) meaning when I do something on the computer it is heard after a few ms on the speakers and I have them connected with audio jack. 2nd at any volume and when no sound is playing, a small continuous hissing is heard which is annoying. I asked for my money back and will go back to Logitech. It's a shame because I had higher expectations.
Edit: The small continuous hissing is due to grounding and was also observed in the next purchase of speakers so I will give them a higher rating.
The speakers are very good with clear sound and bass from low to high.
The only negative thing is that I didn't do good market research and bought them from Skroutz, which is supposed to find more competitive prices. As soon as I received them, I was looking for some of their features and found them on another page 1/3 of the price cheaper, so be careful and don't buy blindly.
The volume button is also a button, if you press it in, it switches from Bluetooth to 3.5mm jack. Very good speakers, they are worth it!
Second product from Edifier that I purchase (the first one was self-powered BT speakers for the bedroom) and I am very satisfied.
I am not a musician so I probably can't analyze my evaluation in depth, but for the 40€ I paid, I consider them very decent speakers!
Very loud, without getting distorted and with very powerful lows.
For office use, for music. They were chosen because of the sub, to fill the sound at low volumes. Also, because they have controls and I trust Edifier... They replaced a 15-year-old Teac 2.1 system...
The first impressions are excellent. Quality construction, very nice satellites with fabric on the front, sturdy sub. Very good stereo image and the sub can be heard even at very low volumes, just as I wanted. On the other hand, the Logitech 533 that I had tried a while ago, for another PC... I panicked and returned them because the sub couldn't be heard at all at low volumes.
Four stars because it's still early and no one is perfect!
First time user of Edifier. Very clean sound and at high volumes. I use them in a large space and they fill the room. I would like the bass to be a little stronger, but it's not bad, just personal preference. I chose them because they can connect via Bluetooth, so it's 2 in 1.
To connect with Bluetooth, you simply press the volume button slightly inwards (I mention this because I was looking for it and couldn't find how to do it). The light turns blue and then you just pair it with your phone/tablet. I didn't notice much difference in Bluetooth compared to wired connection. The woofer has 2 knobs for sound and bass adjustment. I would prefer it to have a separate controller, so you don't have to constantly bend down, but personally, I turned it up all the way from there and just lower it from the PC/phone.
Minus one star for the slightly weak bass, but again, it's my personal opinion.
