  The shoes are not what they seem. The sole is very hard and inflexible (despite appearing to be padded). After 1 month of daily use, the heel tore internally to such an extent that the plastic heel counter started cutting socks and ankles (I cut it with scissors to solve the problem). The shape of the sole is somewhat uneven on the bottom, resulting in difficulty balancing at first (especially noticeable when transitioning from another shoe to this one). I changed the insoles to orthopedic ones in hopes of improving the situation, but the difference was minimal due to the inflexibility of the sole. Lastly, while the material on the upper part is very soft and comfortable from the first day, it started tearing from the inside within 2 months and then on the outside. In my opinion, these shoes are not suitable for running and perhaps not even for walking in some cases, as they are not comfortable and constantly caused me problems. As for the size, the shoes are true to size.
