The scale is accurate to the gram. We had it with us on a trip and weighed the suitcases at the hotel, what it showed on the screen was exactly the same as the strap at the airport. Very user-friendly especially with the strap and clip that can measure suitcases, bags, sausages, bags, basically anything you want. I give it 4 stars only because it's a bit strange with the switch between lb and KG where it needed a little "German" touch to figure it out but once we found the way it was perfect.
