1 ανοίγεις την εφαρμογή με δικό σου λογαριασμό 2 σκαναρεις το barcode που είναι στην πορτα και 3 και τελευταίο έχεις μπει μέσα στην εφαρμογή και βλέπεις 62 τρόπους πλυσίματος...
για λεκε από αίμα, από κρασί, από σκόνη, από ιδρώτα, για μωρά , για παπούτσια, για μικρά χάλια, για κουβέρτες και για όλο τον ειδών ρούχα υφασμάτινα δερμάτινα και ότι άλλο υπάρχει... και αν ο καιρός είναι χάλια σε ειδοποιεί ότι καλύτερα άστο για σήμερα... είναι ένα απίστευτο πλυντήριο!
όσο για μερικούς που λένε ότι παίρνει το μαλακτικό κατευθείαν θα πρέπει με ένα αλφάδι να το μετρήσετε από όλες της μεριές ότι είναι ίσιο μπροστά πίσω πλάγια δεξιά και αριστερά και μετά για τέλος στο κέντρο με τα διαγώνια των απέναντι πλευρών και πιστεύω ότι μετά θα είστε εντάξει καθώς το πλυντήριο ρίχνει το ανάλογο μαλακτικό βάσει το τι θα διαβάσει στην αρχή το κρυφό λέιζερ που έχει μέσα για να καταβάλει την ανάλογη ποσότητα!
το πλυντήριο είναι απίστευτο! αφού τελειώσει το βλέπεις στο πρόγραμμα και βάζει τα ρούχα σε ένα πρόγραμμα που τα περιστρέφει από μόνο του ένα 2-3 λεπτά για να μην μουλιασουν και μυρίζουν! είναι απίστευτο!

I bought this washing machine six months ago. The washing machine arrived broken. I called dozens of times. I couldn't find a contact person either at Skrouz or at the company.   I have had the washing machine for 10 days. I have done some washes, all at most up to 40°C. Today, for the first time, I tried to set it to 60°C. During the wash, I did not encounter any problems. When the spinning started, it made a very loud noise; I thought the drum would come off. As soon as the cycle finished and I took out the clothes, I found a drum that looked like it had pieces of rubber. When I checked the rubber on the side where the drum touches, I noticed that it had been damaged from the friction. Unacceptable for such a company; I hope to resolve this with the warranty. I will return with a new evaluation depending on the outcome.

  The washing machine in question, when in operation, appears to wash effectively. However, it has been found that the button for the normal (manual) operation of the washing machine does not always respond, while starting via WiFi works normally.

  The supplier's response has been particularly problematic, as they showed no intention to investigate the issue or confirm whether the product they sold has a manufacturing or functional defect. Instead, they referred me to the Skroutz platform for resolving the problem, without taking any further responsibility.

  Additionally, I contacted the official Hoover representative in Greece, which is represented by CANDY Hellas. Following a technical inspection by a specialized technician from the representative, it was found that the washing machine has a technical problem at the bottom and requires further inspection. However, I was informed that, despite the fact that the purchase of the product was made on 01/09/2025, the device is not covered by warranty in Greece, as the supplier made a private import of the product from the Czech Republic, outside the official distribution network.

  Following this, the representative made an official appeal to the supplier via email, requesting the immediate replacement of the device. Nevertheless, the supplier did not respond to the request.

  Sometimes the button that starts the wash doesn't work. It has a touchscreen without buttons and I'm starting to be afraid of it. Fortunately, it has a warranty. The other issue is that I never managed to connect it via Bluetooth. Also, if you don't turn the switch off, it starts washing again after a while. I left it on the quick 15-minute program. In the same program, sometimes it doesn't drain the water.. in other programs, I haven't noticed any problems, though.

  Overall, it has many programs, it's easy to use, it cleans the clothes well, and generally, I would say that for its price, it's worth it.

  The only downside is the app, which I never managed to connect to. From what I read in the reviews on Google, many people are having difficulties with it.

  After reading good reviews, I thought it would be a good purchase. The first thing I didn't like was that in order to use the washing machine for the first time, you have to activate it through the app. If you don't do this step, you can't even use the basic programs. So, if you're not tech-savvy or don't have a smartphone, it's better to stop here. After scanning the QR code inside the door and activating the washing machine, I started putting in the clothes.

  Pros:
  1) The clothes come out clean (not that I work in a quarry and have dirty clothes, but you know what I mean).
  2) The clothes come out fairly dry even at low speeds of 800-1000.
  3) The clothes don't come out too wrinkled, they come out in "good" condition.

  Cons:
  1) You have to activate the washing machine initially to be able to operate it, even the basic programs. We have tried the simple and complex ones.
  2) The mobile app works whenever it feels like it. It has, I don't know, countless programs (unfortunately, I can't upload two videos, so I chose to upload the video where the app has frozen once again. If I find a way, I will also upload the video with the program list), which are useless because the app doesn't work. So, you are forced to use the programs it has as a regular washing machine. As a result, the wifi function doesn't exist. Once, when I set a delayed wash from my phone, when I came back, it had gotten stuck on the spin cycle and I spent 15 minutes trying to get it to continue and finish!

  If you're thinking of buying it for the wifi function, stay away, it hardly ever works. In general, the washing machine offers more or less what a regular washing machine offers.
