I am by no means an expert on knee pads; I bought them for the first time to protect my leg after an injury at the gym. I am absolutely satisfied; the big advantage is that they are made from natural materials and the skin breathes. Excellent fit, support, and appearance. Very cheap, as companies have essentially imposed on the market (at multiple prices) the cheap plastics that stretch quickly and cause rashes from the plastic.
