I give it 5 stars because it is one of the best products available in the Greek market, but it remains of average quality because it has a low quantity of omega-3 fatty acids.

The other companies that have been advertised and rated with 5 stars by the public are even worse in terms of having even fewer omega-3 fatty acids per capsule.

To benefit from omega-3, you need at least 1 gram per day, which means 2 capsules of this specific product, so you will need to buy every 25 days.

In other companies, things are even worse, as you will need 6-7 capsules to reach 1 gram.

Solgar inspires trust as a company, and these specific capsules also have a high content of EPA & DHA. The only "complaint" is their relatively high price.

Large capsules that, however, are swallowed with little effort. They often caused me nausea, with the taste of fish oil coming to the surface.

Not being able to use them regularly, I cannot express a particular opinion on their effectiveness.

Very good product. I noticed a difference with the intake of 2 capsules, in concentration and clarity, better sleep and mood.

Very good dosage of ingredients that make sense in omega-3 fatty acids, hence the increased price compared to similar products! I think after extensive research, it is one of the best supplements for omega-3!

High content of omega-3. Per capsule: Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 504mg, Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 378mg, total of 50 capsules. For reference, the most well-known ones from Moller's contain around 350mg EPA, 250mg DHA per two capsules, totaling 75 capsules. Do your calculations to see what is more cost-effective. EPA and DHA are the two types of omega-3 that interest us. When we talk about omega-3, we are talking about these two fatty acids.

For omega-3, we don't need to say anything. Essential and by far one of the best supplements you can take.

Nevertheless, the price is moderate, as is the case for most products in the domestic market.

I have been using it for 3 years (2 caps/day). It seems to work excellently on triglycerides (keeps them within normal limits) and also has an effect on cholesterol. I was borderline high on total (210-220) and now I am below 200.
