Caution when installing on an Intel processor (socket 1150). The fact that I didn't tighten the metal brackets completely and the screws were slightly loose helped me. Otherwise, the cooler is silent and worth the money. In gaming, it reduced the temperature from 90°C+ to 60°C on the Intel i5-4690k.
I have the Ryzen 5 5600x and with the stock cooler, I was reaching 50-65 degrees under light load and 70-85 during gaming. Now I'm getting 30-40 degrees under light load and up to 60 during gaming! Also, it doesn't make any noise even at 100%. If you're getting similar temperatures with the stock cooler, get this one; you won't find a better one for the price!
Incredible cooler. With the stock cooler from Intel (Intel Core i3 12100F), the processor reached 64-67 degrees in games like Assassin's Creed Odyssey with 2800 RPM, which was very noisy. Now, in the same game with this cooler, it is completely silent, running at 1000 RPM and with a temperature of 38-40 degrees!!!! I used MX-4 thermal paste. Under normal usage, I have 28-30 degrees at most and with RPMs of 800-900 where you can't hear anything. Meanwhile, with the stock cooler from Intel, I had 40-50 degrees under light usage with RPMs of 1600-2000, making noise above 1800 RPM
The cooler was purchased to replace the stock one from Intel. My CPU used to reach 80-90 degrees and would spike up to 95. After installing the cooler, I can say I am extremely satisfied as the temperatures no longer exceed 65 degrees. Also, a plus is that it is completely silent
It lowered the temperature of the AMD Ryzen 5 2600 by 10 degrees compared to the AMD cooler. WARNING! The black bases that screw onto the motherboard are not included with the cooler. They are included with the motherboard.
Quiet operation and the processor temperature remains at a low level even when operating at 100%. The only drawback, as suggested by other users, is the difficulty with the plastic clips on Intel processors.
It was installed on a pre-built PC that had a powertech cooler. The PC was reaching temperatures above 85 degrees. The main issue was the case, which didn't have front holes for airflow. However, after changing the cooler with this one, the PC no longer reaches temperatures above 80 degrees, whereas before it was almost hitting 90 and sometimes even spiking. In simple words, if you want something economical, quality, and quiet, in general terms, you should get this one with your eyes closed ;)
Look, it's still early as I've only had it for a day. But I have several observations to make. Firstly, the cooler is of good quality. From its packaging and the way it is packaged to the cooler itself. It seems that even though it is very cheap, it is very high quality. Be careful if you have a small computer case like me, as I have a midi tower that supports up to 150 mm coolers (this one is 135mm), as during its installation I had to remove the graphics card and RAM in order to give me room to place it. The cooler has the same locking mechanism as the stupid one chosen by Intel for stock coolers, which makes you doubt if it is properly attached or not. In terms of performance, I have noticed a difference. At idle, the computer reaches 50°C, while with the stock cooler it reached 70°C. It is completely silent even though I have set it to high speed. It is a cheap cooler that will leave you satisfied. It is very beautiful and has great performance.
A very good and quiet cooler, but the plastic fasteners are garbage. Luckily, I had good plugs from my old cooler because its own ones wouldn't attach at all and would break.
Very satisfied
with i5 6600 that was running for years with a stock cooler from 50-60 degrees to 100% -> 32 degrees under full load
completely silent
mx-4 paste
HOWEVER, these clips that it has to attach anything
Make sure they are properly aligned before pressing to lock
For the R5 3600 that I got and the R5 5600 that I have tried, I would say that it is very satisfactory. It might even handle an R7, but I haven't tried it. It might be worth looking for another cooler to allow the processor to run freely.
Unlike its larger counterpart from the same company, this one does not screw onto the motherboard with a bracket, but with push pins, like the stock cooler from Intel. Pay attention to those who prefer it, because I saw it after the holiday.
Bought to replace the stock cooler on Ryzen 5 5600G.
It is very quiet and I notice a difference compared to the stock cooler (practically operates at half the RPM), while also lowering the temperature by 10-11 degrees in gaming.
I haven't seen the CPU go above 60 degrees.
Note: It has thermal paste and does not have adhesive that needs to be removed, do not touch the bottom part with your hand!
I didn't expect anything from Be Quiet. One of the worst things I have ever purchased. The package arrives without any plastic wrapping. I think there is no chance they sent me a used one. I open the box and see the fan brackets and loose Intel feet. Not even a bag, nothing. I think they not only sent me a used one, but also didn't take care of it to make it look unused. I'm ready to return it (via Skroutz) and complain about the store. I think, let me first see a review or unboxing, maybe the company sends it like this, although I thought it's unlikely for Be Quiet, they are a reputable company. But I see in the reviews that they send it like this, loose. Of course, this is the last straw. The issue is with the difficult installation on an Intel processor with socket 1200. I bought it because everyone was talking about the easy installation of the cooler. Okay, I'm not a professional, but I can handle some things. I was trying to attach it, but I couldn't do it at all. I look and the little teeth on the 2 pins were broken (cheap plastic, very low quality). So, goodbye. Money wasted. The only reason I haven't thrown it away yet is maybe it will be needed for an AMD system. Maybe it's easier to install on AMD. That's my opinion... at least for Intel, stay away.
For 20 euros, it might be the best cooler on the market. If you want a computer for mid-range use without spending a lot of money, then it's worth it. Additionally, it doesn't make any noise and doesn't take up any space, so it will look perfect in a micro-atx
I will return once it has been used on the PC for a while. Other than that, I came here to inform that IT COMES WITH PRE-INSTALLED GLUE WITHOUT A COVER. I found out the hard way (my fingers turned white because I was pulling the piece out of the box and it wouldn't come out at all). So be careful :)
With a 5700x CPU, it keeps it constantly below 60 even during long gaming sessions. Silent and relatively easy to install. It will be tested in the summer, and if necessary, I will return.
P.S.: In the summer, with room temperature close to 30, it managed to keep the system below 65. Just fine!
Do yourself and your PC a favor and replace your stock cooler with this one. I have installed it on 5 machines so far (7700k, 10400f, 12100f, 13400) and it is unbeatable for its price.
At 25 euros today, there is no reason to spend more for better cooling (of course, I am referring to low power CPUs below 100-watt TDP, don't be foolish and use it on a 14900k). It has the perfect size, neither too big nor too small, and it will fit in all cases except for SFF cases. It comes with pre-applied thermal paste and a 92mm fan that you really have to check if it's working.
Currently testing it on a system with a 12100f, with the stock cooler it had 40 to 45 degrees idle and reached 80 degrees under load during a one-hour stress test with AIDA64, and it was noisy. With the bequiet cooler, it idles at 25 to 30 degrees and doesn't go above 60 degrees under load, and it's silent. All of this with room temperature at 20 to 22 degrees.
A tip for those who install it on a 1700 socket: change the orientation of the fan to face downwards towards the graphics card, and place the fan in a pull configuration, meaning at the back of the cooler.
Satisfactory for its price. Maintains good temperatures for processors up to 125W that I have tested, but I think it is better to be used with CPUs <100W. Quiet and very good construction.
Very good cooler for its price. Easy installation on both AMD and Intel. It comes with its own paste, so you place it, screw it, plug in the cable, and it works perfectly. It reduced the temperature by about 5 degrees compared to the stock cooler, which is very satisfying for me. AMD Ryzen 5 3600
I bought it because the processor (Amd fx6350) was reaching very high temperatures. Very difficult to install and if you haven't removed the motherboard, it will take you quite a while. In terms of temperatures in Lol, it never went above 37° and it is not audible at all.
One of the best and quietest coolers on the market. With a TDP of 135 Watts, it cools everyone. It requires some attention during installation, especially on a motherboard with an LGA 1155 socket.
TIP: It comes with a pre-installed high-performance white thermal paste, but WITHOUT a protective membrane, so be careful not to touch it during unboxing.
Easy installation if you exclude the fact that the AM4 brackets are missing, which I bought separately from another store. However, with the stock cooler, the temperature dropped from 86 degrees to 66-70 degrees at 5600X.
Value for money. From Intel's stock, I switched to this one. From 55-70 when I play games, it went to 37-55. 6/10/24 I also installed it in another PC with Ryzen and from 80-86 while playing games, now it's 55-64.
Excellent cooler. I replaced the AMD Wraith that I had on a Ryzen 5 3600, as it reached 90°C under full load, even after careful repasting with MX-5. Since the cooler is capable of handling CPUs up to 130 W TDP and the Ryzen 5 3600 is 65 W TDP, it achieves 32°C at idle and 72°C under full load.
The installation is easy, but probably easier if you haven't already put the motherboard in the case.
It was installed on an i3 9100f... In idle 18-19 degrees and in gaming 38-39-40. Silent in all phases!!! The thermal paste was cleaned and mx4 was applied. It's worth every penny!!!!
I had an issue with my old cooler and the CPU was running at 100 degrees (boiling point). I bought this one here because of the price, as I needed it, and after its specific installation (you need to disconnect the entire motherboard) it runs at 30 degrees as it should. It should be noted that the PC is now almost silent.
The cooler's box does not have a manual, so you will need to go online to see the installation method.
I put it on an FX 8300 3.4GHz 95W. When I play, it reaches 40-50 degrees, and when I'm not doing anything, it reaches 20-30 degrees. It's worth the 22 euros that I bought it for
