    You should know that masks of this type are made based on an average human face, so they may not provide complete darkness for everyone. Don't expect to put it on and suddenly not see anything. It is very likely that the mask may not fit exactly to the dimensions of your face and allow some light to pass through, for example, from the nose. It may help a little, but it is not an absolute solution to the problem of a not dark enough room. As for its quality, I can say that it is quite good, since it is made of silk. EDIT 27/6: I found that if I put the elastic under my ears instead of over them, it provides almost complete darkness, but it is easier to come off while I am sleeping.
