It dries quickly, but only the thin outer fabric. The rest of the swimsuit holds a lot of water, especially in the areas where it has 3-4 layers of different fabrics, and the thick cord also holds water and takes a long time to dry. The fabric stains very easily from sunscreen (it creates white spots and lines), and it doesn't clean with anything except soap and rubbing with fingers. Also, after drying, it develops dark shades in various areas, which look unpleasant. I have bought much higher quality products from Diesel, I did not enjoy this one.
