The vent hood from Bosch, energy class A, is installed in a cabinet and only the part of the hood containing the filters slides out.
Vent Hood with Very Quiet Operation.
It is quite difficult to keep your home clean and tidy, let alone quiet and peaceful. Our very quiet vent hoods will help you achieve this, thanks to their special noise reduction features.
Energy-efficient and quiet motor.
Your vent hood has become even quieter with EcoSilence Drive, which uses powerful permanent magnets and has almost zero energy loss due to friction. With this motor, the vent hood achieves better energy efficiency, makes less noise, and has a longer lifespan. Save energy while simultaneously enjoying unique tranquility in your kitchen.
The optimal air absorption rate for kitchens of all sizes.
Whether you have an open-plan kitchen with the living room or a small, separate kitchen. Bosch vent hoods remove all odors and fumes generated during cooking, so you always have clean and fresh air in your space. The air supply or power of the kitchen vent hood should be appropriate for the size of your space.
The grease filter maintains a consistently fresh and pleasant atmosphere before, during, and after cooking
Extractor hoods with extraction or air recirculation require metal grease filters to remove grease as well as other solid particles from the extracted air. To ensure the proper functioning of these filters, you can wash them once a month by hand or in the dishwasher.

I had seen this extractor fan in another house and I was impressed by its performance and quietness. Unfortunately, in my own house, the vent passes through a concrete beam, so I cannot install a larger diameter than 100mm. Despite being somewhat restricted, it works perfectly and without noise. It is also much less energy-consuming, and I really like the LED lighting.
I don't know if it's just this one or if it's the construction of all sliding ones, but it doesn't work... The front piece (sliding) is almost decorative. The back has good performance at 2, excellent at 3-4.
They also ask for 50€+ for the aluminum covering the front!!!
Overall, it requires a lot of attention... If your main eyes are the 2 in the front, like unfortunately mine, FAR AWAY. The cabinets are constantly getting stuck because it doesn't slide well due to construction (possibly in all). If it's the 2 in the back, it's fine.
I would never buy a sliding one again!!!
I would have been better off throwing 300€ out the window than buying this extractor! It doesn't pull anything, moisture doesn't even pass through the filters when boiling water, and it just sits on top of the filters, resulting in it falling back into the pot! Totally wasted money.
Positives:
- It sucks quite well for a sliding extractor hood.
- At the first level, for low suction, just enough to prevent the kitchen from smelling, it is almost silent.
- Metal washable filters.
Negatives:
- The panel that says Bosch is not included in the package and you have to buy it separately for about 50 euros. Literally a 60-centimeter strip, which if you don't install makes it look completely ugly. This policy of theirs is a big scam.
- The fourth level (turbo) automatically turns off after about 5 minutes and goes back to the second, which is not convenient for me.
- The cherry on top. 6 months after the warranty expired, the extractor hood sometimes makes a strange noise and stops working. Sometimes it comes back, sometimes it stays off for hours. There has been no misuse of the product. Its filters are always cleaned, so the suction works without strain. At this moment, it has been functioning without issues for a week.
Just for the problem that arose outside the warranty, in a product that costs 3 times more than a more affordable extractor hood and the difference it offers is mainly the noise and a bit of suction power, I would not buy it again. I will prefer another company as soon as it completely fails us.
Update 08-01-2025
I recently discovered that there was an electrical issue with a phase from the electricity company that was affecting my house, so it is not certain if the problem that arose is a fault of the extractor hood or the electricity.
So far very good, silent even at the highest setting when you are close it doesn't bother but even when you are far away (I have a living room kitchen) it is unnoticed. It pulls very well so far. It has nice construction absorption technology, also nice technology in the way the motors operate
Excellent extractor fan, quiet up to the 3rd level with very good performance. For users who have dripping into the cabinets, you probably have not installed the correct pipe for it to suck properly. It requires a 125-150 mm pipe, with the 100mm that the old extractors had it will suffocate and drip.
It is a good quality extractor fan, easy to install, but you need to be careful that it states 60 inches cabinet, but 60 inches outside the side wood, not inside the cabinet where it is supposed to be installed. So, because mine was 60 inches inside the cabinet, I had to add right-left pieces of wood so that the bases that the extractor fan locks into could be installed. Other than that, it is very good, it doesn't make noise as they claim, it doesn't leak as they claim, and it sucks well. Oh, and you need to be aware that it does not have a front panel because it is intended for built-in installation, meaning it should be attached to the wood of the border. If you don't have it, you need to order a separate front panel based on the size of the extractor fan.
I expected much more, if I knew its performance I wouldn't choose it.
1. To have results, you need to have it at full power.
2. Unfortunately, in 6 minutes it drops to the medium level, so you have to be there to press the +.
3. It leaks water to some extent if you have an open pot.
In a single living room kitchen of 60 square meters, it has excellent performance and absorbency, compared to the Miele that my parents had in 1991 (it lasted two decades but was inadequate), there is a huge difference, this particular Bosch is far superior.
It does not suck as we expected, but the problem is that the cabinet in which the extractor is located fills with steam, causing it to open and leak inside the cabinet, and it does not suck very strongly, and I can't imagine what will happen with all four.
Very satisfied from the first contact with the device.
The intensity of the extractor fan is adjustable according to your needs. At maximum intensity, it is relatively noisy but it does an amazing job. One of the things that I initially didn't like but is particularly useful is that if you close it, the sliding function works in silent mode for ten minutes as a preset. Of course, you can also turn it off.
Very user-friendly, high-quality, and efficient, I must admit.
I would like to point out that although it is a 90cm device, its body is 60cm, which means that it usually requires a special support (see photo) to be installed.
The extractor fan is expensive, if someone buys it with the intention of installing it in a 90cm cabinet, they will find that the side support kit is not included in the package (sold separately for 65 euros, and not available in most stores). The motor inside is the same as the 60cm one, so in order to support it on the sides, you have to buy the kit as well, they don't tell you that when they sell it!
For a built-in hood, it is very good. The one it replaced was a 50E one, I don't know the cubic meters, but really, the performance of this Bosch one is 6 times better (as well as its value).
The best slide-out hood on the market (Along with the corresponding ones from Siemens and Neff, which have the same motor). Quiet, powerful, high-quality construction, and good grease retention performance.
