For me, it is irreplaceable. After the acne I went through at 28, any moisturizer I use causes redness and pimples. I was using the Toleriane Dermallergo Fluide, which is ideal for sensitive skin that has gone through acne but also suitable for pregnancy. However, since the aforementioned one is fragrance-free and I was looking for a cream with a scent of freshness and cleanliness, I found this one and I wouldn't change it for anything. Negatives:
1. I read reviews that say the cream is odorless and others that say it has a nice scent! What is true for me is that I smell a scent and I really don't like it at all.
2. I have combination skin and I need to reapply it to feel my skin moisturized.
This specific moisturizer, along with the Cerave facial moisturizing lotion, is the best facial moisturizer, at least for oily and acne-prone skin. I use it every night after cleansing and toning, and my skin is incredibly hydrated with a subtle glow!
I have oily skin with acne, usually I use another cream with salicylic acid, but when I use retinol, I use this one. It doesn't give me any extra pimples, it just doesn't work perfectly because it gives me extra oiliness after a few hours. But if I use it at night with retinol only, the oiliness doesn't bother me as much because I wash my face in the morning and use my other cream with sunscreen and it's fine.
The specific hydraphase intense range had very good products and variety according to the needs of each skin in moisturizing creams and a very good mask which unfortunately the company discontinued. This cream does not adequately cover dry or dehydrated skin

Yes, yes I will buy it again.... Lightweight composition, exactly as I wanted it for oily skin. Very good absorption, I don't have any feeling of greasiness at all, nor shine of course. It can easily go under makeup, it doesn't make any "clumps". As for hydration, I have to mention that: I use a strong cream treatment and my face is completely dry and flaky WHEN I don't apply the cream. I apply it and I can feel my skin elastic and perfect again.
