When I bought them this May, the ice cubes came out very easily. However, over time and after a lot of use, they have started to give me difficulty in removing the ice cubes. Hence the 4 stars... Maybe because sometimes the water overflows in the compartments? I don't know... Other than that, they have 15 slots, satisfactory capacity, square-shaped ice cubes, and a pretty good price.
