  Eureka makes the best grinders in the €400 category, the only downside is that if you work with specific grams, for example 18, it won't be exact and it needs a rubber pump that also acts as a funnel, but after that, there are no issues!   Amazing grinder. Everything I had read from reviews is 100% true. Quiet, consistent in the produced coffee and with almost zero retention. The taste you get from fresh coffee beans is something else. If you are playing with single dosing, I don't see a reason to spend the extra money to go for the specialita. Very easy to dial in even for a beginner after watching a relevant video on YouTube. Go ahead fearlessly!

  After some searching among the Eureka Mignon Silenzio, Belogia Super Mini OD 50, Sage Smart Grinder Pro Black, and Baratza Sette 270, I ended up with the Eureka (without underestimating the others). The reasons are as follows:
  1. For anyone who is handy, it can be maintained - cleaned by themselves. For me, I find it very easy; there are many videos showing how to maintain it.
  2. When removing the parts required for cleaning, the adjustment of the lower burr is not affected. I mention this because the lower burr moves up and down during grind adjustment and is NOT affected during maintenance, while the upper burr is removed along with the lid. Upon reinstallation and operation, it remains at the previous setting.
  3. The burrs are reasonably priced for replacements; with a quick search, I found them for 25€ in our country.
  4. For a grinder, it doesn't make much noise.
  5. There is a small retention of ground coffee during exit (1-1.5 g), but this can be solved with the Blow Up kit (for cheap purchase from eBay) by pressing it from above after grinding, directing air inside, resulting in pushing out almost everything that remains. A small purchase that is worth it in my opinion.
  In conclusion, regardless of whether anyone is handy or not, for you who want to enjoy freshly ground coffee, you should have a good grinder.

  Really good Grinder and if you have bought a grinder of 50-100 then you don't drink coffee..... It elevates the taste in the same coffee. I had ground half a bag with the old machine and put the rest in this one and it felt like I was drinking a different coffee. The only downside is that you have to adjust the grind size and time (if you want to grind with time and not single dosing weighing each time on the scale) and maybe "waste" up to 200 grams of beans until you find the right setting.
  Once you find it though, you drink amazing coffee!!!!
  When you change coffee brands, you may need to readjust the grind size, but it's easy to "waste" 1-2 doses and find it immediately.
  I only tried it for espresso and Greek coffee (to achieve it, I make a full rotation on the adjustment wheel and then bring it back for espresso).
  Guys, I listened to those who wrote to save money to buy it and not waste on machines of 50 and 100€, and I don't regret it.

  P.S. Note that I found it on Black Friday for 70€ cheaper and the store sent me 2 packages (250g) of coffee to try along with a thank-you letter. This honors the store and its professionals, and such examples should be mentioned... (not for the cost of the 2 bags of coffee, but because they see the customer - human and you don't talk to a robot "for coffee press 1, for grinding press 2, for complaints press whatever...")

  It takes coffee to another level. It has amazing construction and grinds coffee perfectly for espresso. It is incredibly worth its money if you want to drink something serious in coffee. If you are thinking of getting a grinder but they seem expensive to you, save a little more time and get this one, don't waste money on cheaper ones. I no longer buy coffee outside, it doesn't make sense, with this grinder you can make the same, if not better, than many take-away coffee shops.

Its gear is stepless, so you can adjust the grind with great precision. Overall, it is a high-quality machine that seems to have been well studied and is aimed at experienced individuals who want to experiment with making espresso at home, as the most important thing in espresso is the grind. You can easily see why it costs over 300 euros. Now, if your goal is just to make a morning espresso with a pressurized basket, don't waste your money and get a simpler grinder.

  I preferred the Silenzio over the Specialita, which is a more famous model due to its cost. The only difference is that it does not have a digital display to adjust the grinding time (it is adjusted by a rotating button) and the grinder is 2mm wider in the specialita (it does not have any significant difference for home use).
