    I would say that the installation instructions are lacking. However, if you understand that they need to be tightened on the side, you find the solution. As for the bars, after 20 km they whistle like 18 clarinets and 6 saxophones above your head. They went in just as they came out. I can't judge whether they can hold weight or not, but they are unbearable in terms of noise.
