It toasts evenly and has a nice appearance. My issue is that from the beginning, the toast would stick very easily on top, even without touching it with a knife, causing the non-stick coating to start rubbing off. I have had it for a short period of 2-3 months and I am already considering replacing it because it has many scratches (caused by sesame seeds and crumbs that remained inside).

I am not satisfied. It is SLOW, very slow, at least 15-20' to toast the sandwich. The top part is very light and does not press the sandwich at all, and if you press it with your hand from the handle, it also has a handy sponge because it flips over for fun. It looks sturdy but it is not, personally I am looking for the next one to replace it.
