For the money, it is very good. If you set it up and don't move it back and forth constantly, the microphone sits just fine. It is not heavy duty, and maybe some heavy microphones with heavy stands may not adjust as well. For simple dynamic microphones on the market, it is just fine, e.g., Fifine or Maono.
Very value for money arm for what it offers. It has been used for about 1 month with Razer Seiren Mini.
WARNING: Those of you who own the same microphone will need to get an APM-40 adapter to screw the microphone in properly, otherwise it will float.
I will return in case something goes wrong
Honest review for the stand is perfect. But I’ll say it now, don’t expect it to be like the high-quality ones. If you mount it on your main desk, know that you will feel every vibration. The reason is the springs because they try to hold the weight of the microphone and vibrate excessively.
I remind you that if you have a heavy microphone, expect that the sounds from your desk will be more noticeable (e.g., a heavy microphone like the Blue Yeti). I, for example, have the Rode NT USB Mini, which is one of the top in its category and very lightweight.
Finally, I’ll add that for a cheap alternative, it’s worth it. Of course, I recommend it for temporary use because you don’t want to risk a €90 to €120 microphone falling unexpectedly and breaking. But if you’re just a casual gamer or want it for meetings, it’s perfectly fine.
For the money, it's good. I've had it for a few days with the Razer Seiren Mini on top, which is small and one of the lighter microphones, and the base has started to wobble even though it's tight. I don't know if one day it will just fall, but for the money, it gets the job done.
I have the Quadcast x by Hyper X, which performs excellently. The reason I wouldn't highly recommend it is because after 3 months, the part that tightens on the desk and the part where the stand sits broke. For the money I've spent, it's decent, but it's worth giving yourself time to find something better.
Sturdy construction. Hard springs that provide stability and require a little force to move the arms where you want them to go. Screwed in perfectly on the desk, no wobbling at all. I will update in a week to see if it holds up.
Very good arm for its price. However, after a year of use, the metal part that goes into the base in the support ended up bending, so it's for throwing away.
It is a cheap and simple arm that does what it says, with heavy microphones it never stays in place. A quick and economical solution for as long as it lasts.
Very poor product quality even for its price. It lasted only one month without any difficulty at all and then it broke.
If we evaluate it based on its price, it is excellent (of course, I have been using it for 2 months). I have a Marantz Electret microphone and the stand it came with was the worst... as soon as I got this stand, I have been very satisfied with it, I recommend it
With 10€ it does the same job that those costing 70€ do.
After a few months, it starts to creak, it needs a little oiling and it's okay.
Simply perfect, especially for the razer seiren mini. Overall, great value for money!!! I painted it white myself to better match my setup.
Excellent really for its money I have not encountered any problem. I followed correctly the advice from the reviews of the other children. Get it!
Very good base. I put it on the HyperX QuadCast and it works great. I don't give it 5 stars because you can't put the microphone sideways
Quite a quality product, considering its price always. Sturdy construction and very easy to install and use. The Razer Seiren Mini that I have fits perfectly without the need for an extra adapter, very positive. At this price, I highly recommend it, very satisfied with the purchase.
It does the job it's supposed to do very well, especially for its price. It also includes an adapter that is compatible with microphones with the same port as the Razer Seiren Mini.
I had the question of what the difference would be between a base of €20 and one of €70. As a beginner, I bought the economical one to try it out and I can say that it met 90% of my needs... The difference that I suppose it will have with the more expensive ones is the stability of the base.
There, in order to turn, you will have to loosen the base but as a result, you won't be able to handle the other movements (forward-backward and up-down).
On the other hand, if you prefer to have better control on the up-down movements, then you will have problems with the right-left, because the base will be tightened.
In general, though, it is a quite satisfactory base, especially for its price.
Very good quality for its price. I recommend it for anyone looking for a cheap and at the same time quality option.
