I give it 5 stars because it moisturizes, does a good job, and on a tired face with fine lines (I am 36), and above all, when I apply it after a while, it doesn't show anything, unlike other ones I have tried that make me look sweaty after a while. And the price is fine too, I have tried ones with four times the price and didn't see any difference.
In the positives, the scent.
I consider medisei to be the better choice, this one didn't match well with my oily skin. It's a shame, and it had interesting ingredients.
Simple cream with a nice and very light (almost imperceptible) scent. However, it leaves quite a shine on the face. For this reason, I apply it at night before I sleep, so it hydrates my face and in the morning the greasiness is gone. Other creams of similar price that I have tried are not as greasy.

Personally, it didn't suit me. The scent is not nice at all. I didn't notice anything remarkable on my skin. And just like Panthenol, it makes the face shiny. Something that maybe women like, but in general, it's not nice, especially for men, I think.
I bought it to try a new company since I had a similar cream from Panthenol.
