    A podiatrist had told me that simple creams do nothing for hyperkeratosis and to get any cream I find with as much urea as possible. Well, this product has a scrub texture, unfortunately I am not at all typical in application but my heels have become like I have never seen them before, perfect result. I was concerned about the small amount compared to the price but you really don't need much in each application. I won't look elsewhere, I found my solution!!
