Without a counterweight, it can't hold even 2 rods. Imagine if a fish pulls... The plastics of the telescopic are not of good quality and do not fit perfectly. However, for the money, it does the job. Exclusively amateur!

It is very good, it has good construction and quite sturdy, I can say! It has nothing to envy from the more expensive products of the same kind, it is worth its money and more!

The base is quite stable, it becomes small and you can easily carry it. The hook it has helps you to put a lot of weight without any problem. I would prefer the material it is made of to be a little better, as it makes it a bit fragile, but for an initial base I highly recommend it.

Simple and good tripod. In the center of the base for the fishing rods, it has a hook to place some weight (e.g. bucket with water or bag with fishing accessories) to keep the tripod stable. Assuming you put the above weight, you have no reason to worry, it is perfectly stable.
