Then it started again, I divided the doughs and completed the preparation with great difficulty. It kept overheating constantly, so I had to shut it down every 2-3 minutes to cool off. The build quality is Chinese, after all the bucket is so thin that if you press it too hard it can deform. There are more reliable options for the same money. I would not recommend it except for light use

It is very honest for its price and it may even offer more. The appropriate speeds for a mixture like cake are 4-5 and for harder doughs 3-4. At the maximum, which is 6, you can easily beat a meringue. What I want to point out is that it states in the manual "The maximum quantity of ingredients is 1,500 grams." and not 7 kilograms, which someone may think based on liters!
