It is neither too hard nor overly soft, so it does its job perfectly. It is NOT fragile as mentioned in the description, and this is an advantage as the handle does not detach from the brush head. The handle has sufficient length for easy access to difficult areas. The natural bristle (unknown from which animal, but I assume wild boar) is planted in wood without a plastic base that usually wears out quickly. Very good purchase, only its price is a bit steep.
