I have it for 2 months and I am quite satisfied. For amateur use in places where I don't have electricity, I now do tasks that I simply couldn't before.

The charger charges the batteries quickly (around 45 minutes) and their duration is satisfactory. It is a powerful drill driver depending on the setting.

Unlike the electric one, it is more precise, meaning it drills carefully and to the necessary depth. It gives you the time to control the depth of the hole. As for concrete or hard metals, I haven't tried it and I won't because it will definitely put a lot of pressure on the battery and possibly damage the chuck. For difficult situations like these, you need a powerful electric drill. Most people think that with this or even with a more expensive battery, they can do everything, and then they complain that the batteries or the construction materials are not good. Battery-powered products are always for secondary use, they are for small tasks, not heavy ones. They provide convenience but are not suitable for heavy use. This particular one is very powerful, also as a screwdriver. I also have the 20V one and it has the same if not greater power than this one. Opening the box is very easy, you just need the right technique, meaning you hold the handles pressed inside and at the same time slightly lift with your palms from the sides

I bought it in a package with 2 batteries (1+1). On the second day of use (first week after purchase), one of the batteries died. The indicator light for the battery level did not turn on. I tried unsuccessfully several times to change the battery (it was under warranty) but without success. I ended up with one battery in the first week, while the two batteries were a lure for the purchase. Terrible after-sales service... Now, in terms of usage: as soon as I used it as a screwdriver, it was very good and powerful! As soon as it switched to hammer drill mode for small holes with a depth of 2-3 inches in concrete, the head started wobbling and playing. It now needs repair, but I only use it as a screwdriver until I get another one. It has zero durability as a hammer drill, so I would not recommend it if you want something like that. I chose it as a machine with professional capabilities, a bit cheaper than other professional ones, and ended up with a high cost (battery purchase + repair) and essentially without a machine

I bought it for amateur use, mainly for screwing in walls or wood. In terms of construction, it is definitely value for money. It touches, I would say, the precision of the Bosch blue series. The package came with 1.5 batteries instead of 1.2 as stated in the description, and I consider this a positive. It does not have an extra charger as most people imagine, the batteries are directly connected to the transformer cable. The case opens a bit difficultly, as another friend mentioned here, but after opening it 2-3 times, it becomes easy. I highly recommend it, it's worth the money. Generally, when buying tools from not so well-known companies with expensive series, etc., first research the company you choose. All companies have websites where you can see their global activity and the range of products they produce. It helps to understand if you are dealing with a reputable company or not. Research before ordering if there is an authorized service in Greece and where it is located. It is important to know what you are getting for the money you have, and not to complain afterwards about a not so sophisticated purchase.
