The EVH Pick Tin VH II includes 6 Max-Grip picks of 0.60mm size, just like the ones Eddie Van Halen used. The artwork is based on his black with yellow stripes guitar, which was first released in 1979.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
I use them on bass for disharmonic technical non-melodic pseudoatonal horror/terror death metal. I prefer them slightly softer (they produce aesthetically more interesting harmonics) but they break immediately. I use them with the JAM pedals TubeDreamer guitar pedal. The Dunlop Evh Frankenstein Pick Tin with a thickness of 0.60mm has rough protrusions to prevent slipping. The price is insanely high. A Chinese person could find the right plastic recipe and add roughness to the grip surface. I couldn't find what I wanted from a Chinese brand, so I will buy them again. I recommend them for bass metal players.
Very good pens. Nice color and a sufficiently rough surface on the top so that they do not slip at all. They are not as soft as the typical 0.6mm ones. They are a little harder, almost like 0.8mm, but personally, that suits me.
P.S. The color from the bottom part that touches the strings fades unlike the top part.
