Quite good and convenient if you make large quantities of chocolate, etc., in a bain-marie. However, on the downside, the fact that the top part doesn't come off makes it difficult to clean and dry the inner chamber. So I imagine it will require vinegar management at regular intervals to prevent mineral buildup. Also, the valve comes out very easily; sometimes you need to be careful not to let it pop out during pouring. Be careful, the chamber doesn't need too much water because it will overflow when boiling. Try with around 150-200 ml at most; don't overdo it.

Very good. Very useful. It has solved my hands for melting butter, chocolate, etc. and for keeping them at a warm temperature until I add them to my recipes. Get it to avoid patents.
