Initially, just like in the original machine of the well-known coffee company, the milk burns at the bottom, resulting in the need for scraping that you can't even do properly because it gets worse afterwards. The logo faded with the wiping from the cloth. It broke down while I had it for about a month and it doesn't heat the milk frother whether you press the cold or the hot, it's the same thing. Definitely, I won't buy it again and I don't even want to change the device. In the end, you get what you pay for.
