I plan to install it where the old TV was, but now it will be hanging... I didn't check the wall. The wall in that spot is all brick. Not concrete block or cement, or wood or whatever else, anyway. Brick. The mount DOES NOT WORK for bricks. You need to hit concrete or a wooden surface. So if you want to hang this one, make a few holes with a very small and thin tip on your drill and check if red brick comes out. If it does, don't bother making the holes bigger, just fill them with a finger of plaster. However, if no red dust comes out from the brick, that means you can make the bigger (suitable size) holes for the mount in the same spots. Good luck to you.

It was used to mount a computer on the wall. (thermaltake core P5) The disadvantage is that the screws included in the package to hold the viewing angle stable are not enough, on their own they couldn't keep the computer vertical but with a slight tilt forward.
