  It makes any annoying low-consumption switch, for example a 10-amp projector, have wifi, but the switch box needs to be dug out to get some depth and fit comfortably! It can also make a 10A rail switch in a panel work with wifi without it being visible anywhere on the panel that such a thing exists ♥️! You can control high-consumption devices, such as a water heater or solar panel, with a 10A rail switch and a power switch. It sends you a notification every time someone opens or closes the switch, even if you do it from your smartphone! It does not have a timer function, for example, to always automatically turn off after 20 minutes, BUT it gives you the ability to tell it to close in, for example, 20 minutes for ONE time, which is not very helpful but anyway! It allows you to program it to open or close at any day and time you want during the week! Which again is not always helpful! It is very convenient for outdoor lighting so that you can go and find the lights on and not have to search in the dark! It is very convenient to turn on the water heater with a timer, for example, 20 minutes, because then you receive a notification on your phone that it has turned off and you can go take a shower! It does not provide a temperature indication for the water heater, which would take it to another level, but I consider it more affordable than all the others because you can hide it inside the panels but still use your own switches, and I repeat, your own switches, so that it doesn't look like the house is in a mess!   I think it is the best Sonoff relay by far compared to the others from the company! I now have a total of 11 of them for all the lighting, installed internally in each light switch, from the main areas of the house (living room-bedrooms) to the lights on the balcony and in the bathroom.. In my opinion, it has two negatives for installation! The first is the space inside and behind the switch, as in order for the cables to fit and be neatly installed, I have to dig with a straight screwdriver and hammer the entire back of the box and the wall to a depth of about 6-7 centimeters! In some cases, I have managed to fit 2 in the same box by digging to a depth of about 12 centimeters and a little bit all around! The box is not a problem because the socket pushes on the right and left, so if it is gradually dug and doesn't break, everything is okay! The second significant problem is the neutral wire.. The device needs a neutral wire to work, so in the case that I didn't have a power socket below to take it from there, I had to open the internal junction box and "bring down" the neutral wire from there, causing some damage that I had to fix with plugs, sanding, and local painting.. Installation with internal digging of the switch took me about 1 hour, and with opening the junction box about 2 hours for each switch! However, I think the result is awesome and worth the effort, especially if it is to be installed in 1-2 main lights..

  As others have said, it doesn't fit in recessed switch boxes, neither in old nor in new ones. I had to dig at least 3 centimeters deep into the backs of my own boxes to make it fit.
  Also, it requires a neutral wire to work. If you have an outlet below the switch, it's very easy, with the thinnest neutral wire on the market it works effortlessly if you don't connect the Sonoff to take the neutral from the light fixture but leave it as it is connected. However, if the line doesn't have an outlet, then there probably isn't a neutral wire nearby, so the hassle becomes significant.

  Because I installed them during renovation, these tasks didn't bother me at all. They were the best money I've ever spent. The switches work properly (including the double-triple aller retour switches) and I have automation, voice control, and control from my mobile. For their price, they are surprisingly good.
