Very comfortable mattress, it is thicker than most, it doesn't "sink" and it suits me incredibly compared to a thinner mattress that has little difference if you lie directly on the floor. Slippery and noisy, I bought it for yoga class and regretted it. When you're on it and doing exercises, it stretches and doesn't help you, on the contrary, it makes it difficult. The only positive thing is that it's soft. It's not suitable at all for the use I bought it for, at least in my opinion. If I could, I would return it.

It is very soft and comfortable but has elasticity, and when I do yoga, for example, the upward dog, I feel it stretching as if it is about to tear; it also makes it difficult to stay in the position you want. Its grip on the floor is not good because it slips. The material is very soft and wears out easily. It does not have durability over time.
