Good quality construction, heavy and works as it should. I got it for my company that has about 10 such windows from 1998. They all still work, except for the one I bought now to replace. Before buying a new one, I opened it to see if there was something I could fix. The gears are plastic. I didn't like that. Of course, since they have been around for so many years, they are of good quality.
