  After almost 2 years of use, I can say that I am satisfied. It connected to the USB port on my Samsung TV, which does not have Bluetooth (and of course, no optical connection). I turn on the TV and within a few seconds, it is connected to the Sony headphones. There are no interferences within a distance of 6-7 meters without obstacles. If there is a wall in between, then there are interferences or the signal is lost. Also, there is a small and minimal audio delay, which someone can notice if they pay close attention to the speeches (maybe it only applies to my case though.......)

  One of the best Bluetooth transmitters... without noise it transmits audio from optical. I had bought small and cheap ones from well-known Chinese stores... but they had a lot of noise... so you couldn't hear the sound. It is one of the best... it connects automatically... I have it connected to the TV's optical out. It also requires power from a 5V USB.
