In the board game Carpe Diem, players take on the role of wealthy patricians in ancient Rome. Each player tries to build a profitable area to earn as many prestige points as possible. The new way to reach the individual buildings in your area and the diverse display of the many different scoring cards make the game an unusual and highly unique strategic game by successful designer Stefan Feld.
