I have had them for 4 years. They develop holes after a lot of use on the big toe, which I repair every time. Very good fit overall and just what I need for long distances; they have never bothered me.

The socks are purely athletic. They fit securely on the curves of the ankle and most importantly, the foot does not slip in sweat. What you need to pay attention to is that you should get a smaller size (i.e. if you are a size 46-50, get the size 40-45) because otherwise the heel pocket will go up to the Achilles. 4 stars due to quality because they tore a little high with one pull.
