How to play through the application.
1. Insert the card.
2. Send a message to the card number with the following commands. Wait for a response after each command.
> begin123456
> reset123456
> gprs123456
> apn123456 "enter the provider's apn here" e.g. for vodafone > apn123456 internet.vodafone.gr
> password123456 xxxxxx where xxxxxx is the new password
There are other commands as well, it requires a little research. But it works with these.
The product worked perfectly and the settings could be easily adjusted, so I could easily give it five stars until the time came to charge the battery for the second time. The battery lasted three months the first time. From the second time onwards, the battery lasts 10 to 12 days with energy-saving settings, which I find unacceptable.
The GPS works perfectly. It has many features. In the other comments, all the information someone needs has been detailed. I would just like to note a paradox. On the first use, the battery lasted about 45-50 days. After the first charge, it drained 10% a day. At some point, I charged it without the SIM, and the battery lasts for months again (I have charged it 2 times without the SIM and it has the same behavior).
You disable the SIM card pin on the phone, insert it, download the app, and it works perfectly...
It adjusts easily, has very good accuracy; on the first charge, it lasted over five months, but after that, not even a month....
It does its job and the battery lasts quite a while, depending of course on how much the vehicle moves each day.
By far the best GPS there is, the battery after a long time is still flawless. Very high accuracy in its operation. The software is very easy to use and has a multitude of settings.
Very good.... Worth it.. I connected it with a Planet card... ... Battery very good.. Almost a month and it's at 50%.. accuracy 95%.. easy connection.. History. Satisfactory.
No problems. As for its setup and the way to use it, with a little engagement, you can easily figure it out. Its battery lasts 20+ days.
Excellent! The battery lasts a very long time. After a month, it’s still at 55%. However, I’ve set it not to send me notifications all the time. It works perfectly with minimal use. The messages are indeed unnecessary but not too bad. With a simple SIM card, you’re good to go!
Good evening! A question for anyone who can and knows.. what charges do you have with the planet sim? For example, when it notifies you with a message or even with the MB it provides you.. I'm asking because if I have to renew twenty euros every 10 days, I should look for something else
Easily set it up with the 2 apps, read the comments to understand but be careful they sell the old one for the 905B 10000 milliamp battery must say 905B on the back and the new one is heavier, the card I put in is planetsim works perfectly
It does what it promises very well..... It has many comments that fully inform you..... The only research that remains is which provider to go with and what is more cost-effective.... For now, I have a What's Up number because Cosmote is reliable in terms of signal.... If someone has something else to suggest, please write it down. I have doubts about the signal and the charges with Planet Sim
At first, the battery lasted 3 months, now it barely lasts 1 week... I don't know why...
Excellent purchase, exactly what I wanted and the battery lasts for over a month, you just forget that you have it
I got it from a store that sells it for 50+ euros on skroutz, but in the store I went to and bought it from, for some reason the price was 43 euros.. :P
It was worth every penny, it does what it's supposed to do!
Every 10 seconds it has live location and various other things you can use (geofence, energy saving, various notifications, etc.).
I also used a PlanetSim card.. I activated it by sending my details to their email and they activated it for me.. (there are instructions for everything inside the prepaid sim card)
Now I hear various things about installation etc.. personally, by doing what I just mentioned + downloading the app you need to download (instructions in the gps manual)
It worked plug and play, I didn't have to rack my brain for anything... Of course, I have to say that I expected 1-2 BUSINESS hours to activate my card.. and then the GPRS worked fine
So far I have reached the first charging cycle after 2.5 months. The gps has a deviation in position only a few times, 2-3 meters and rarely 30 meters. The push notification is quite worth it when the device senses the slightest movement. I use it in combination with the Planet Sim which costs 20€ per year.
Connected immediately!
Notifications come without SMS in the ALERT MESSAGES of the application but without sound notification, forcing the user to pay for an SMS package, which, if used, the device's capabilities are immediately exhausted.
NEW IMPRESSION 15/07/24
On the first charge, the battery lasted a month with many tests - routes and many notifications, and of course, I was impressed. However, when it reached 25%, I put it back on charge and since then, when it reaches 100%, it lasts at most 5 to 6 days with a parked - immobilized vehicle without needing to send a single notification..!!!
1 Star until the responsible parties respond to me and replace the product with one that works properly.!
Easy installation. The battery seems to last a long time. I use the geo fence function. I wouldn't trust the magnet.
It does what it promises! It works economically with a planetsim card, easy installation, user-friendly application, and startup! Unfortunately, many problems with the Android application are solved by uninstalling and reinstalling...
Only the magnet is not convincing, almost useless.
In charging, it says that you shouldn't use a fast charger. So be careful.
The app also works excellently with great accuracy. It provides geo-fencing and vibration alarms.
Geo-fenced notifications and vibration.
The battery lasts as stated.
It is quite large (you can't hide it easily).
I forgot to mention that it has an app that allows you to do everything from there. So you are not charged anything EXTRA. Because other GPS devices require you to pay to send SMS for settings. This costs me about 5 to 15 euros a year, negligible amount.
Amazing gps tracker. I had and still have 2 from the previous model, but this one seems to have a longer battery life since it's a beast. They have also improved the instructions a bit for the better.
I had a little difficulty finding the correct APN settings (depending on the network of the SIM card), but other than that, it is excellent. It has a speed alarm that you can set to send you a message at a certain speed, and a shock alarm if someone moves it (I have it installed on my motorcycle). It has live tracking, and you can call it at any time and it will send you a message with various information such as location (pin on the map), battery level, speed, etc.
It has a strong magnet on the bottom and overall the size is borderline big for me. It is definitely value for money. The battery lasts for at least a month, depending on usage
Very good. The battery with the default settings lasts a long time. I have had it for 1 month and the battery is still at 60%. The menus are relatively good, they have settings but I haven't dealt with them much. For a user who doesn't have previous experience like me, you won't have a problem. The only complication is the sim card, but if you deal with it a little, you will figure it out.
It simply does its job. Don't expect too much. Personally, mine records the routes, saves them, but the signal passes through houses, it doesn't move like a car on the road, and in the parking lot it has a deviation of 10 to 100 meters.
Almost a month. It takes a little searching to set it up but it's not rocket science. It works great. Very good accuracy. The battery lasts a long time if it updates every 24 hours. The most important thing is that the platform is free with no subscription and the app is great.
Very good battery (lasts for months if set to send updates every 24 hours), however you cannot see its location at all times, but in case it moves, it will "wake up" immediately and give a signal
Excellent product for moto gps tracker, use through website on PC or through app on smartphone, for initial setup and overall use.
Personally, I chose a PlanetSIM with a cost of around 16€/year.
(I will return with more information about battery life)
I'm back!
So, the battery lasts for 1 month (sends notification through the app when it drops below 20%) and charges again within one night.
In conclusion, it does what it says it does quite satisfactorily, I would recommend it
Accurate tracking, SMS notification and through the application as soon as the vehicle starts (shock alarm). Very good application for android. With one charge, the battery lasts almost 2 months. If you call the SIM number, it sends a message with the location of the vehicle and a link that opens Google maps. Ability to set movement area boundaries and maximum speed.
