  Ideal for Krav-maga due to the metal mesh.
  Of course, the mesh can be removed and used like any other helmet.
  In my opinion, avoid helmets with plastic mesh because although they may seem - and generally are - quite sturdy, they can still break and cause injury. It has happened!
