it requires vga cable that is not included to the monitor you are ordering . In the photos it appears as hdmi but its vga type and i had to order hdmi to vga cable in order to have it as a second monitor that i wanted to use it
Thanks to the price drop, I got it for just €64.90!! It's the cheapest one I've ever bought! The main disadvantage, as another friend mentioned, is that it only accepts DVI signal, apart from VGA. But with an adapter around €2.5, this problem is solved. I had been eyeing it for about a week when a colleague's monitor "died" at work and she started complaining to me. Since I belong to the IT department, I decided to give her mine and buy this one for myself. And I have been satisfied for a week now. The monitor we had there was already good, the HP P223 21" with a contrast ratio of 3000:1 and limited blue light emission. But just the 3 extra inches and the corresponding enlargement of the displayed content are already benefiting me! Our computers there output both VGA and DisplayPort signals, and the previous monitors supported it (strange connections). So I bought a DisplayPort to DVI adapter (POWERTECH), which works well for converting digital to digital signal and does the job perfectly and reliably! The colors look good and there's a strange positive aspect that I didn't consider - now I have an extra reason to go to work, to see my monitor there!!! :D My job involves programming in PHP, HTML, and MySQL to some extent.
