Since I found water brushes, I only use conventional brushes for very specific tasks. They are very convenient for traveling, as they do not require a water container. Yes, they require a period of adjustment and attention to how much pressure we apply to the handle. Yes, the bristles wear out a little faster (they don't fray, but they lose their shape), but this is expected from synthetic brushes. I have tried the small and medium sizes. Only Pentel brushes were worth it. Stay away from imitations, the container does not press well, and sometimes the water flows and sometimes it doesn't. A must-have for watercolor!
