The product is very good. It leaves very little to no residue.
The minus star:
A) For its price. Very expensive for such a small amount.
B) The colors have some issue, I think. For example, the gray is too dark. And if you use hairspray, it tends to turn dark brown. However, this also happens with other colors (not just from this brand), meaning they darken with the use of hairspray.

The shade is definitely not medium brown. It is light brown towards blonde. As a product, it seems good...
