WONDERFUL! I have had problems with urinary infections for years after intercourse. Since I started taking it, I have been saved!!!!!!!! Just pay attention to something important: if you get them after intercourse, you need 3 sachets within 24 hours and then 2 the next day. Don't settle for 1 to 2. Also, I want to add that if you already have a urinary infection, you need to take antibiotics! It will not cure you (except for very few exceptions). However, for prevention, it is the best. And I have tried countless supplements over the years.
Unfortunately, I am prone to infections and illnesses due to very bad mental health, and I always feel that this helps. I take it preventively sometimes. Not for a very long time continuously though, because then the body gets used to it and it ends up being pointless.
First of all, I want to say that I am against antibiotics. I prefer to spend a week in bed with a virus rather than take antibiotics. This is to support the fact that this supplement in no way replaces antibiotics, as I read in some comments that they didn't need to take antibiotics for a urinary infection. Specifically, on the first day of cystitis, I thought, let's take it, it seemed to provide relief. Not to mention I paid 23 euros for it at the pharmacy. Well, the next morning, the bacteria had come back strongly. No mannose and cranberry didn't help... Only the antibiotic, unfortunately, saved me. Now, whether it contributes to the overall health of the system is another matter.
