I will start with two observations, firstly, the color is not orange as the description states, but neither is it a light beige that may appear in the photo. It is a soft pink... now onto the practical aspects: it is an excellent and durable case, I have taken it on several trips and it has not suffered any scratches. I preferred it compared to others for two reasons, firstly, the top part of the case can be removed so that you can take a photo without removing the entire case, and secondly, it had a small compartment on the back to store the photos you just took. The only reason you would need to remove the case is for the batteries and to see the remaining number of photos.
