    Besides the fact that the sound is way below average, the turntable is very cheap, with a plastic casing and not stable. The needle kept skipping, especially on larger records. So it's useless for listening. I returned it, got a replacement, and the same thing happened, even worse.

I spoke with the technical department and even they didn't know, they were giving me personal opinions. They told me to send it but then the lockdown came and I neglected it.
