If the cat is greedy, it doesn't work! It keeps sitting and waiting, trying to open it! The bowl moves very easily! Overall, it's more stressful than helpful. Of course, it also depends on the pet that each person has!
It might actually be useful when I need to leave for a trip, so at least I know it will eat as it should!
I bought it for 2 for the 2 cats we have. Overall so far it is excellent in terms of connectivity, response time from the moment you send a command from the mobile, and even if the power goes out and comes back, it connects immediately without needing a reset (and you also have the option to connect a power bank so it always dispenses the scheduled food even without power). The reason I removed one star is that one of the silly cats has almost found a way to open the lid and eats from the reservoir. So not so silly after all.. Normally, it has a button to open the lid and it unlocks. I still haven't seen what exactly it does (the cat). Maybe if it had another lock button so the opening button couldn't be pressed, it would add extra security. Anyway, it's a good purchase.
I have had it for three years. I use it when we go on vacation. Very good functionality. You can throw it whenever you want or set a schedule.
I've been using it for years. At first, it had a disconnection from the WiFi because the power went out and the food didn't drop, but that happened many years ago. Since then, we haven't had any issues when the power goes out; it reconnects to the WiFi by itself. Also, after each serving, a few kibbles get stuck on top, but for our kitten, it's like a game, and it uses its paw to knock them down
It seems to work perfectly. We've had it for 3 days now with continuous interruptions in the Internet connection and despite that, its functionality has not been affected. Easy connection with the app and easy to use. I recommend it.

5 stars because it simply works flawlessly!!! It even handled a power outage and recovered on its own. The only downside is that if you have a big dog, the food is not enough, the portions are too small. For a 9kg beagle, I put 10 servings, twice a day, to get the recommended amount of kibble. The food container locks securely but has a capacity of only about a kilogram. Perfect for a kitten or a small dog, but that's about it!!!

We bought it for feeding our cat during the holiday period and we have been very satisfied. Very good. You put the feeding program and you relax. It stops the constant nagging of the cat as after a while it doesn't expect feeding from you but only from the device. We and the cat have calmed down. Perhaps the only disadvantage is that some cats may put their paw underneath and steal food. The opening where the food falls should have been a little smaller. Our cat tried it for a while but probably decided it's not worth the trouble.

Very good product. You can program the doses at any time of the day. The doses can be increased by 10g (10, 20, 30, etc.). I recommend it.
One month and we have finally calmed down. The cat already had set feeding times throughout the day. The device is easy to set up, you monitor its operation through your mobile phone, you adjust feeding times and quantity (there is a minimum portion, you have to weigh how much a portion corresponds to the dry food you use and set multiples of one portion). So in my food, one portion weighs 12 grams, in total it will take 6 portions per day. The first few days I had to guide it to the feeder, now it has learned to go and wait for the bell to ring and the food to come out. Then a message comes to the application on the mobile. I also added a power bank in case of a power outage (it has a corresponding slot), so that it doesn't miss a meal in case of an interruption. Works great.
