I've had it for 2 years, it's still perfect. I like it because it's stylish, it has 2 lids, one with the space where I put various types of tea, and the other without, so I alternate them to prevent the tea from sitting inside and smelling. This lid can be washed in the dishwasher and becomes new, losing the brown color it gets from the herbs. I haven't had any issues with scale yet. It boils water very quickly, at 100 degrees, then you can keep it at another temperature to reheat it at 70-80-90. I prefer it at 70, although it reheats faster, depending on the amount of tea that remains. However, I make sure not to let it froth when I reheat it because it overflows. I might have liked it to hold more water for tea because up to 1500lt is comfortable, like a previous one I had with 1700lt, which I accidentally broke and haven't found again, but I have no complaints. There are always solutions since it boils very quickly. I also bought a second one for my daughter.

It is a very high-quality construction, it comes with an additional lid for boiling only water or after finishing the tea preparation, to change the lid. Its operation is very easy. You choose one of the 4 temperatures 70, 80, 90, and 100 degrees, then it has a button for whether you want to maintain/reheat the infusion for half an hour at the temperature you selected before (this step can be bypassed and the water can be heated once and turned off without maintaining the temperature for half an hour) and then you press the power button to activate the kettle.

Cleaning it is very easy, with the 90 degrees that I use for the teas I prefer, it has not collected any salts.

I consider it a bit expensive for a kettle, but it is worth the money for its material quality, the fact that you can choose the water temperature, the fact that it is easy to clean, and even though it has a large capacity, the jug does not take up much space. And of course, because the tea you get is excellent.

After purchasing it, I found another one at half the price and was thrilled; I considered this one very expensive. In the end, the other one broke within 5 months, this one is still going strong, I've had it for 3 years
