Quite thick mattress and soft material so as not to bother you in any exercise with the body, abs, etc. Ideal length and width. It also looks quite durable, I have had it since May '21 and it has not worn out at all. The only negative is that it slips easily, while due to its thickness it does not help to have perfect balance in exercises where you rely on one leg.
Overall, it is worth its money!

Since I have bought gym mats before, I can compare.
This particular one is quite thick and you don't feel the floor bothering you during any exercise. It does slide a little, but that's understandable due to its thickness.
However, it arrived without packaging and even with a tear, which is aesthetically unappealing but doesn't affect its use.
Lastly, the cord used to tie it seems to be from a different mat, and when you store it, it causes damage as shown in the photo, resulting in a shorter lifespan.
For this last reason, I would prefer similar products instead of this one for my next purchase.

Very good, but cheaper ones would wear out quickly. I bought it for 11.70. With two months of daily use (without shoes) and it hasn't had any issues. Because I read that tying it wears it out, I wrap it in a roll without tying it, so I didn't have any problem with that.
