  It does a very good job in terms of thermal insulation, keeping things cold for at least 12 hours. I used it for work all summer. This is the condition it is in after about two months of daily use. The insulating material has almost completely come off the bag's material. It still does its job, and I would really like not to have to replace it because it holds quite a bit, but unfortunately, it will be retired. Perhaps it's the "recycled plastic" that it's supposedly made from; as a material, it didn't hold the stitching.

  In terms of capacity, this is what I carry for work and 13 hours out of the house:
  1 bottle of water 1.5 liters + 1 bottle 0.75 liters
  2 children's snacks
  1 thermos cup 600ml
  1 large container (maybe 2000cc)
  1 fruit (apple, nectarine, etc.)
  cereal bars

  Also, anyone who sweats easily will sweat in a second wherever their skin touches the bag.
